Biography	Having spent years carrying out national and trade level PR for a FTSE250 company that I still count among my copywriting clients, I took the step of starting up as a freelance copywriter and proofreader. I now provide copywriting and proofreading services to all manner of companies both locally and nationally. From sole traders to internationally known names I take a collaborative approach to my work where possible and invest time in understanding my clients, their aspirations and their target audiences so that every word counts. With that PR background, inevitably PR-related work comes my way. I write award submissions, articles and synopses as well as press releases. But the bulk of my work comes in website content copywriting, most of it SEO-driven, and the writing and subediting of brochures, magazine content and various company literature. Nothing's taken for granted, and every project is a chance to improve.
