20 years of experience in the tech writing industry,
a good technology background, and a master's
degree in technical and professional writing,
I offer clients the perfect blend of technical
savvy and writing skills.
I have worked on many types of projects, including
hardware and software manuals, white papers, case
studies, online help systems, and training manuals.
Naturally motivated and energetic, I love learning
new tools, technologies and concepts, and explaining
these to end users. I can write to match the end
user's needs, whether they are beginning computer
users, IT professionals, or executives.
Although I telecommute, I do not work in a vacuum
