Longfeather
Book Design is Robert and Erik Jacobson, a father/son
team with a combined forty-plus year’s
experience in illustration, photography, book,
poster and advertising design. Our books have
won a number of design awards including top honors
from the Rounce and Coffin Club and Bookbuilders
West. “Olaf Wieghorst,” was chosen
Best Western Book of the Year by the Cowboy Hall
of Fame.
Robert's illustrations have been featured in books,
posters and galleries. He taught illustration and
graphics at the university level for 20 years.
He established a publishing house, RJD Posters,
that created and printed thousands of poster designs
and media for schools and libraries worldwide.
He also established and managed Impressions Color
Printing in Moscow, Idaho, that printed full color
projects for his publishing business and local
business. He lives in Moscow, Idaho with his beautiful
wife, Jeanne.
Erik is a graphic designer, illustrator and photographer
whose work has been featured in MaryJanesFarm books
and magazines, USA Today and numerous websites.
After growing up in the woods of Northern Arizona
he settled in Moscow, Idaho to be near his awesome
parents and sisters. |
