Work Undertaken As a book reviewer for both The Charlotte Austin review and I Love a Mystery I read, assessed and reviewed fiction books mostly but not exclusively mystery books.

As a writer for Amateur Chef I researched and wrote holiday themed articles. I created original dishes - main courses, snacks, side dishes and desserts- that I displayed and decorated for photographs. Articles include: Valentines Day Chocolate, Passover, Mother's Day, Canada Day, Jewish New Years and Hanukkah. I worked in a 4 month lead time.

For Holiday and Seasonal Celebrations - a teacher's guide magazine, Forward a Senior's Newspaper and Highlights for Children Magazine I wrote holiday craft projects and recipes. I created new crafts and wrote easy to follow instructions. As an aide to other writers wanting to get into the Seasonal craft and food writing markets I wrote an article called For Every Season for Inscriptionsmagazine.com an online writer's newsmagazine.

I researched and wrote articles for Kid'n'Around a children's newspaper on nature, science and history.

I wrote and researched two parenting articles for Chatelaine Magazine on cooking with children and story telling. Inspired at Home.com an online magazine published a parenting article on- the importance of make-believe play.

Wrote articles for various online publications with hyper links including three articles for Folksonline - Cyber Art and Folklore Tour and my personal essay Dreaming in Cyber Space. I interviewed many experts and participants for articles in Women's International Web (WIN) on Jewish Feminism and Women Weight Lifters. I wrote three researched lifestyle articles for Straight Goods.com on The Internet's Higher Purpose, Pok-e-mon and High School Graduation. My research included interviews and surveys.

I compiled, assessed, reviewed and ranked Internet Web sites on Jewish Culture and North American Native Religion for Britannica Online.

Commercial online site writing includes - parenting, art, nature, science and web design articles for Custom Communications. I completed three contacts for Petopia on pet nutrition. All articles were researched with instructional material.

Biography I have been an active freelance non-fiction writer since 1992. I have vast experience in writing non-fiction articles for both on and off line publications on a wide range of topics. I have also published articles on bread baking, online confession booths, dancing hamsters, penguins, snow- flakes, women Rabbis, weight lifting, high school graduation, Pokemons and life on other planets. I have also done work for hire and Web content for Custom Design. As a Web reviewer for the Encyclopedia Britannica online guide, my articles, fiction and reviews have been widely published in Inklings, Folksonline, Highlights for Children, Chatelaine, Papyrus magazine, Amateur Chef and Straight Goods, among others.

As an online Forum Project Leader for Inskspot.com in 1999 to 2000, I have worked with 30 moderators in 28 forums. I have coordinated events, edited an event page, compiled and edited special pages. I also have basic html, online supervisory, editing and online promotion skills.

Currently I am an active member of two real life writer's groups. I am also the host of an online historical fiction discussion forum for the writersbbs.com.

My academic background is in Visual Arts.
