Projects
have included illustration and graphic design for
a book on things work (over 160 illustrations),
3D digital models for photorealistic illustrations
of medical and industrial products, animations of
product features and benefits, interactive educational
applications for environmental interpretive centers,
space station support design for NASA as well as
corporate communications projects in which graphic
design, illustration and web development were provided. |

| Biography |
Currently
run design and communications firm providing illustration,
graphic design and interactive media services to
clients such as high technology companies, educational
institutions, advertising agencies, design studios,
government and publishing houses. Company incorporated
in 2000.
Taught product design studios, drawing classes and
computer-aided design
courses as a Visiting Assistant Professor at North
Carolina State University.
Studio environment provided students with directed
projects in problem solving, aesthetics, materials
applications and presentation. Drawing classes consisted
of instruction in perspective, basic drawing, marker
sketching, presentation techniques and concept generation
methods. Computer classes provided instruction in
Macintosh basics as well as advanced techniques
for industrial designers in CADD, modeling, rendering
and animation.
Employed as account designer with Houston based
high-technology industrial design firm which provided
product development, engineering and computer-aided
design services to regional and international firms.
Projects ranged from lap-top computers and medical
equipment to International Space Station support
design for NASA.
