To find a listing of graduates and undergraduates at AbleStable®
go to a Creative Area by using one of the multicoloured
Creative Area buttons available on our Homepage.
When you click a Creative Area button the resulting page
features a link to 'Graduate Listings'. Using a Graduate
Listing button or link will take you to our listing of
graduates and undergraduates for that particular Creative
Area.

Can I use
the Graduate service and be a Member?
No. While it is possible to freely migrate from the Graduate
service to Member services (Free, Portfolio, and Showcase),
only one profile page is permitted per creative individual
or company. This makes our directory service crystal clear
to those using it, and provides a level playing field
for all creative people listed on it.

How do I register
under your Graduate service?
To register under our Graduate service go
to our Store,
and choose 'Graduate Service'.

What are the
benefits of using your Graduate service?
We offer a premium directory service to creative graduates
and undergraduates and we do not act as agents. We make
0% commission on any work you gain as a result of your
association with us. If a prospective client contacts
you, you develop your new business relationship in the
way that suits you.
Graduates and undergraduates opting for our Graduates
service enjoy a comprehensive profile page including:
contact information; information relating to degree training;
biographical entry, detailed skills entry; awards entry;
business practice entry; past client list. In addition
Graduates and undergraduates have the ability to present
their own work (images and text extracts that elaborate
on creative products or services).
The exhaustive registration process graduates
and undergraduates complete enable prospective
clients to find the right creative person for their needs.
The Graduate pages also act as an important Internet portfolio
for the many people who visit our site from the creative
industries to view graduate and undergraduate profiles
and examples of their work.

What is a Welcome
Pack?
Welcome Packs provide important information and resources
about the Graduate service and includes our free 18 page
web site template for new subsriptions.
A Welcome Pack consist of a single compressed '.sit' file.
We use the Sit compression format as unlike '.zip' and
other file formats, Sit files may be opened both on a
Windows and an Apple Mac computer (Sit files are platform
independent). Most new computers will be able to automatically
handle the Sit decompression process. If however you find
difficulty in opening our Welcome Pack you may download
a free decompression utility from Aladdin Systems at http://www.aladdinsys.com/downloads/index.html
(when the page opens click on the free Windows or Mac
'Expander' link).

What is the Store
Welcome Area?
When Graduates pay for services they are redirected to
a special area of our site. If you need to return to that
area and have forgotton the URL don't worry. Email support@ablestable.com
with your WorldPay Account ID and we'll send you the details.

How do you protect
Graduate privacy?
All information is protected under the United Kingdom
Data Protection Act 1998/2000/2001 and AbleStable is registered
as a data controller with the Information Commissioner
(a Governmental body set up to monitor and maintain people's
data security). To find out more about this organisation
visit their web site at www.dataprotection.gov.uk.
The Commissioner has details about the processing of personal
data carried our by AbleStable®. These details are
used by the Commission to make an entry describing the
processing which is available to the public for inspection

My
Discipline is not listed in your directory, what do I
do?
We carry an extensive range of creative Disciplines
at AbleStable. You'll find a complete list
of our Creative Areas and Disciplines on our Directory
Index page. If you haven't visited this page, make
sure your Discipline isn't indexed there. If you find
your Discipline is not listed and yet you wish to register
under our Graduate service, go to our Contact
page and e-mail support with your request and a detailed
description of your Discipline and the Creative Area in
which you feel it would best fit. Your Discipline may
fall in several Creative Areas. If this is the case, also
list these Creative Areas in your e-mail.
We will review your request within forty eight hours and
e-mail you with our response. If your Discipline is one
that has slipped through the net, we will include it in
our directory. This may take up to one week as the Discipline
will have to be comprehensively integrated into all our
systems.

How
long does my Graduate service last?
The Graduate service is payable per year and is available
for graduates and undergraduates for a period of up to
three years. After three years people using our Graduate
service are required to alter their status to Member (registered
creative professionals).
There are three Member service levels: Free, Portfolio,
and Showcase. To learn more about our Member services

How
do I alter my Graduate profile?
You may alter, modify, change, revise, or amend your
Graduate profile at any time by visiting My
Profile and entering any amendments in the
form you wish to make. My
Profile is a large page and will take up to 30 seconds
to open depending on your Internet modem speed. Please
be patient as the page opens.
You may check the details of your Graduate profile by
visiting your Graduate profile page. Your Graduate profile
carries all the information you provided during your original
registration process at AbleStable.
You will also find information on how to add or amend
image files and text entries to your Member Profile at
My Profile.
After your Graduate profile Amendments have been received,
an e-mail will be sent to you confirming any amendments
you have made. Graduate profiles
are amended within 72 hours of receipt.

How do I remove
myself from your database?
If you wish to be removed from our database go to
Remove Me. Completing
this form will start the process of completely and irreversibly
removing your details and status as a Member of AbleStable.
Be aware that any fees given to AbleStable for services
are non-refundable. If you wish to reregister you will
be required to pay a full yearly fee. Please remember
that we will have no record of you on any of our systems
so we will not be able to confirm your prior status.
