What
is your definition of a creative professional?
We define a creative professional as someone offering
products and/or services for sale of which they are the
originator.
We place creative professionals into one of three categories
dependant on the income generated by the sale of their
creative products and/or services:
Full Professional: 80% to 100% of income
generation
Professional: 50% to 80% of income generation
Active Practitioner: less than 50% of income
generation

What are the
benefits of becoming a Member?
We offer a premium directory service to creative
professionals and we do not act as agents. We make 0%
commission on
any work you gain as a result of your association with
us. If a prospective client contacts you, you develop
your new business relationship in the way that suits
you. Our sole aim is to provide the best Internet directory
of creative professionals.

clients to find the right
creative professional for their needs.

How do you protect
Member privacy?
All information is protected under the United Kingdom
Data Protection Act 1998/2000/2001 and AbleStable is registered
as a data controller with the Information Commissioner
(a Governmental body set up to monitor and maintain people's
data security). To find out more about this organisation
visit their web site at www.dataprotection.gov.uk.
The Commissioner has details about the processing of personal
data carried out by AbleStable. These details are used
by the Commission to make an entry describing the processing
which is available to the public for inspection

My
Discipline is not listed in your directory, what do I
do?
We carry an extensive range of creative Disciplines
at AbleStable. You'll find a complete list
of our Creative Areas and Disciplines on our Directory
Index page. If you haven't visited this page, make
sure your Discipline isn't indexed there. If you find
your Discipline is not listed and yet you wish to register
as a Member, go to our Contact
page and e-mail support with your request and a detailed
description of your Discipline and the Creative Area in
which you feel it would best fit. Your Discipline may
fall in several Creative Areas. If this is the case, also
list these Creative Areas in your e-mail.
We will review your request within forty eight hours and
e-mail you with our response. If your Discipline is one
that has slipped through the net, we will include it in
our directory. This may take up to one week as the Discipline
will have to be comprehensively integrated into all our
systems.

long does my Member service last?
All creative professionals enjoy an indefinate
listing at AbleStable.

How
do I alter my Member profile?
You may alter, modify, change, revise, or amend your
Member Profile at any time by visiting My
Profile and entering any amendments in the
form you wish to make.
You may check the details of your Member Profile by visiting
your Member Profile page. Your Member
Profile carries all the information you provided during
your original registration process at AbleStable.
You will also find information on how to add or amend
image files and text entries to your Member Profile at
My Profile.
After your Member Profile Amendments have been received,
an e-mail will be sent to you from our support team asking
you to confirm any amendments you have made. Member
Profiles are amended within 72 hours of receipt.

How do I remove
myself from your database?
If you wish to be removed from our database go to
Remove Me. Completing
this form will start the process of completely and irreversibly
removing your details and status as a Member of AbleStable.
Be aware that any fees given to AbleStable for services
are non-refundable. If you wish to reregister you will
be required to pay a full yearly fee. Please remember
that we will have no record of you on any of our systems
so we will not be able to confirm your prior status.
