General comments and suggestions for our Exhibitions Area As
part of our Community Development Policy AbleStable has
developed a free access Exhibitions Area. This page outlines
the aims of the Exhibitions Area and invites your feedback.
Background
The Exhibitions Area at AbleStable provides a forum for
anyone creating materials that are viewable and/or audible
on-line. The Exhibitions Area features permanent exhibitions,
and contributions are invited from the general public as
well as from Members. There is no charge to submit work
to the Exhibitions Area as it is established and run under
a permanent basis as part of AbleStable's Community Development
Policy.
Mike de Sousa, Director of AbleStable, has written an article

Fastest Road to Self Destruction which sets out his
commitment and support of non-profit-making community forums
as an integral and vital componant of AbleStable.
Aims
The five aims of the Exhibitions Area are to:
encourage the development of public participation
in creative activity
foster, nurture, and develop unrecognised talent
represent a wide diversity of communities
promote understanding of different creeds, ethnic
backgrounds, gender, ages, and abilities
provide a premium quality web site experience
