• Online and print publishers may now request a complimentary critique for the purpose of reviewing our critique service. Website and Print publishers wishing to enjoy this benefit must complete a special Publishers Request Form available from our Website Critique Area.
• New Column: Madness and Creativity: Creative people are in turn viewed as inspired, self indulgent, insightful, and insane. To some the spark of genius appears a shallow breath away from the world of the irrational and those misunderstood souls who inhabit the world of the mad house. Journey into the world of the creative mind.
• A new Discipline 'Fine Art Photography' is introduced into our Directory, and is available within the Creative Areas Photography and Visual Art.
• Our Directory Index, Site Map, and other areas of our site are updated to reflect recent improvements to our Directory.
• New Article: Transfer of Ownership: The Customer's Perspective: Taking an example of how a well respected company transferred ownership of one of its flagship products, this article illustrates the importance of ensuring customers are both well informed about the transfer, and confident their interests have been best represented.
• Our one-stop single page guide about Our Services (opens new window) is updated to include passages about our Tools and Play Areas.
• Our Introductory Guide is improved with clearer copy and up to date screenshots.
• Our Sitemap is updated to reflect new additions to AbleStable®.
• New Product Review: EROL Business Edition 3.0 allows you to build a single shopping cart with unlimited products that can be hosted on any commercial web space.
• Our one-stop Guide has been updated to reflect recent additions to our site.
• New Game: Play Laser Tetris and prove you're as sharp as lightening...
• New Article: How To Deal With Spam: This highly informative extended article discusses the world of Spam (unsolicited email), and provides advice about how to counter it.
• New Freeware: Johannes Wallroth has developed a useful World Time Clock for Windows that shows multiple time zone settings, and provides a simple alarm and calendar facility.
• A new Discipline 'Programming' is introduced into our Directory, and is available within the Creative Areas Design and Multimedia.
• The following areas have been updated to reflect the inclusion of the Discipline Programming: The main drill-down Directory; Sitemap; Directory Index; Portfolio Member Application; and the Graduate Application.
• Our Website Critique Area is updated with improved copy.
• AbleStable® gets a first place feature in Artsweek, the Computer Arts targeted newsletter that goes out to 80,000 people in the creative industries.
• Member, Graduate, and Partner profile update pages have been improved with clearer copy.
• Our General FAQs have been expanded to include a question about how our registered users can update their profiles.
• New Article: Why You Shouldn't Disable Right-Click: After working hard on a design, image or article you may want to protect it by using a JavaScript that disables right-click while optionally warning a visitor that the content is copyrighted. It might sound ok, but this is not generally a good idea. Why not? Read on...
• The Website Critique Area has been updated with the addition of a 'local copy' of Website Critique FAQs. FAQs are also available from the Main FAQ Area.
• The Website Critique Hub and Website Awards page enjoy improved design and editorial copy.
• New Play Area Launches: This month sees the launch of our new Play Area. You'll find some great online games, puzzles, and creative activities that function across platforms (PC and Mac), and that are ready to enjoy straight away...
• Our Homepage has been updated with our 'spotlight' area and newly designed image links to our Website Critique, Competitions Area, and our new Play area.
