Directory results pages have undergone an 'under the
hood' overhaul.
• All Member profile pages (creative professionals
at AbleStable®) have been updated with improved
copy and code. Every gallery image is now presented
in a new window with a summary text and 'close window'
button.
• Sample Member profile pages have been brought
up to date.
• New 'creatives at AbleStable' header images
and 'Partners at AbleStable' feature on profile pages.

Computer Arts issue 81 carries a quarter page feature
on AbleStable®.
• Our efforts continue in ensuring Netscape users
enjoy our services to the full with a redesign of
our Freeware
area. Screenshots of all freeware available for download
are now available for all versions of Netscape up
to and including version 7.
• New Article:

and the impact of this still mysterious and nurtured
ability.

in association with Guardian Unlimited, the premier

• Our Introductory
Guide, General
Frequently Asked Questions, and Technical
FAQs have all been updated.
• People who browse our site using Netscape now
enjoy an improved browsing experience. Netscape users
make up around 8% of our visitor numbers. Many pages
on our site are undergoing improvements to the underlying
code that ensure Netscape users enjoy a comparable
browser experience to those using Microsoft Internet
Explorer. Our site is optimised for Internet Explorer
as around 90% of our user-base browse using this software.

News Release Basics: For many creative professionals
publicising their work is a constant struggle. Here's

• Our homepage sports a fresh new header design.
• Our multicoloured horizontal Creative Area
buttons enjoy subtle design improvements site-wide
with the result that they're now easier to read.
• The My Notes Guide is simplified and improved
following user feedback.
• Design improvements have been made to the left
hand navigational area of the About Us section of
AbleStable®.

Introduction have new context navigational links
to open My Notes.
• General maintenance schedule including: site-wide

and server performance monitoring.

Notes is launched. My Notes is a sophisticated
notepad that assists in the search for creative professionals.
My Notes enables users to create live records that
can be easily viewed. This helps with the task of
comparing and contrasting the differences between
creative people.
• All Creative Areas within our drill-down directory
have been updated with a button that opens My Notes
in a new window.
• The Library

Projects have all been improved with the addition
of a feature that displays, in real time, the number
of characters remaining in certain fields that require
lengthy text input.
• A new Post
Special Offers page is available in the Partner
area. This new page enables Partners to more easily

our site.
• The Site Sponsor Area is improved with the
addition of a sample Post
